Last night, (I am embarrased to say for the first time) Matt and I picked up some local fresh pescado y mariscos (fish and seafood) to cook at home for dinner! I've never been a HUGE shrimp fan, but these langostinos were delish!!! It may have been our first time, but we will be back for more of this sea creature amazingness WEEKLY! Oh, and the puppies liked them too. ;)
so Iron Chef had this as the secret ingredient one night- apparently they are amazing grilled!
