Mmmmmmmmm. I’m so hungry after seeing this “stand” on the side of the road selling delicious, delectable, scrumptious… well, I’m not sure. ;)I THINK they are sea urchins? And they MUST be some sort of prized catch? Why else would you set up a pile of them on the side of the street and stand there all morning selling them?
Aren’t you hungry for this spikey treat?
*** PS. I just spent the morning with my Spanish amiga, Rocio, and she explained to me that these are eaten CRUDO (aka RAW!!!)
